Secure Guard Security Services was established with the mission of developing comprehensive, systematic, and sustainable security solutions for our clients. We will maintain this exact approach when developing the security plan for the Boring company test tunnel. We believe that a successful security plan can only be developed if:
Transition Management
Your Account Manger will ensure that all management plans are coming along within a timely manner to ensure a smooth start up of the account. During the start up he/she will communicate any difficulties or obstacles our teams may face. During this phase it's all hands on deck our Operations Manager, Account Manager, & Supervisors will spend as much time as needed on site to ensure that all team members are up to par on their responsibilities, procedures, & guidelines.
Once the site is launched our dispatch team, supervisors, and account manager will monitor the site daily to ensure continued improvements. We believe in providing as much support & supervision as needed in the beginning of the security program to ensure a smooth launch for our team members & the client.
Supervision
Secure Guard Security Services Implements a multi-level oversight for the Security Program we implement at each site. Each one is designed to ensure that our team is delivering effective service per the post orders. Deviations from the post orders will be obvious to both the client and to the Secure Guard Management Team.
Level 1 - End of Shift Summary Report.
Level 2 - Post Commander will provide an end of day Report.
Level 3 - Operarional Support team will conduct a 24 hours site summary report.
Level 4 - Supervisory Spot Checks
Quality Review Meetings
At the minimum we recommend that the first Wednesday of each quarter we schedule a service quality review with the Brother International Corp Management team. These meetings will be attended by the account manager, operations manager, and post commander. These meetings can be used to discuss:

Secure-Track is an integrated guard management and oversight management system for monitoring, reporting and ma-naging our security officers throughout Southern California. Guards can check in, do patrol tours, report incidents and activi-ties in real time. Managers and clients can monitor, review, and respond instantly from their web base browsers or smart-phone. Secure Track improves efficiency, accountability and ensures sustainability.
